Update list RS6.2.0

Script Changes:

Added new job - pilot, players can take flights from different airports and get paid.
Added Revival System, now you will have the option to die or wait for a medic to revive you. You will move into a revival state once your health will go under 30hp. Lethal deaths stay as they are.
State vehicles are now rentable, which means once you use state vehicles you have to pay for fuel. The minimum first-time payment for your subscription account is 1500 ARD.
End of container system, yes finally removed.
