Tom Evans pretty much wanted me to transfer my Gas Stations to him, as I was inactive at the time. I referred him to Khm a couple of times, however I was still pressured to go In Game and sell it. At the time I was with my family for the Christmas Holidays so I just gave him my password for him to log in and transfer it. I still believe he should have reached out to HQ as it would be understanding and transfer it.

The rule states that:
10.2 Multiple Accounts and Sharing Accounts
Each player may create and use one account only; creating or using a second or subsequent accounts for any reason is prohibited.
Logging into an account of another player with or without their permission is prohibited.
This will lead to a ban. (accidental cases will be talked to as usual)

I have not logged into another person's account and believe that no written rule was broken.

It literally says it on the title, it doesn't need an explanation under the title.. Besides, it's something known since years and years that no one is allowed to share or give their account. No matter how you want to put the blame on Tom, you're the one who's responsible for your own account, not Tom.

 The majority of the rules listed include "This includes, but is not limited to, the following:". I did not find such a quote by the account sharing rule so I was under the impression that this is the previously mentioned was the definition, which was an error on my end. I have no plans to share my account further and I actually found out I was banned when I tried going on the Panel to see if I can change my password.

 Once again I would like to mention that I asked them to reach out to you and have it asold prior to sharing my account details as I have known Tom for years and noone's experience was ruined in any way and no unfair advantages were given.

Like we spoke on Discord, the way it was done is similar to an admin typing /asell and purchasing the property for himself which is also wrong, you would have complained about it, I would have complained about it and everyone would have too.
