Primarily, every single interaction I had with Khm and Kessu has been negative. Kessu called me a shitstain even though he never had a real interaction with me. Khm took the wrong steps and effectively killed SA:MP by forcing everyone under his vision on what the SA:MP should be.
Every interaction you've had with me has been direct result of your toxicity. Yes, I am not going to treat you with respect or with a welcoming attitude if you're being an ass. Treat others the way you want them to treat you and all that.
Khm has been doing absolutely fantastic job in turning SA:MP around and the work is showing ingame. You may not agree with his decision, but he is the division leader for a reason and as long as he keeps doing as good of a job as he is, I don't see him being removed.
Haldir and Brian have been the only reasonable ones to chat with and deal with.
Being a keyboard warrior/badass, calling people names, saying "I don't care", is ineffective and leaves bad tastes in peoples mouths. It creates resentment and doesn't not push a narrative of a welcoming community. Want to be a good leader, imitate how Haldir and Brian interact with the community - with understanding and without trying to appear as internet badasses. They're just trying to do the best job they can.
Doyle and Brian are the kind ones. That much even I acknowledge. People will like them more when they're the rulebreaking kind.
Why? Because once someone breaks the rules, that's an insult towards the community and the administration. That's usually where I step in, when someone needs to be told straight up how fucked up their actions are.
I am best suited in my job when I handle toxic behavior, because your words can't hurt me, I have thick enough of a skin and I also do not give a shit how my actions make you feel. Got hurt by tasting your own medicine? GOOD. Now you know how the others, who you were toxic towards feel like. Don't expect me to give you special treatment if you treat others like shit.
If I had a suggestion, I wish the rest of the HQ team mirrors the behavior and attitude that Haldir and Brian show.
I respectfully disagree. My way of leading might not suit your tastes, but it has been proven to be effective and I would not be where I am today if it wasn't. I highly doubt Brian or Doyle would want me to behave any other way either. I'm as straight forward of a person as they come and I'm not afraid to show it. And no, it's not about being a keyboard warrior or trying to look badass - what you see here is exactly who I am in real life. I let people hear what they don't always want to hear - I will give people a taste of their own medicine when they're way out of line - I will not stand idle when someone shits on other people.
Your apology has been heard and we will discuss the unban request among us

and will let you know of the outcome.
Do note tho' that we are not against you - We know that you have potential to be a valuable player in the community, but so far you have given us zero reasons to allow you to be present as of right now, especially with your rather unique skill of always trying to dodge the blame instead of just looking at the mirror and do some actual thinking and reflecting upon your own actions and see how those actions might affect others around you.
Also let it be clear; This post is 100% by me and I have not discussed this reply in any way with other leaders. I am replying directly to you and your comments.
