So currently we have three developers working on the new CitizenIV server, @James_Conway , @jnewTonik and @Lion (CitizenIV developer too). They are able to provide you more information about the progress if you wish to. However, I believe CitizenIV client is going to have a major update soon which may boost the progress of development.

Let me clarify some things, the main developers are James Conway and Lion, I'm there only to help and to organize it.
About the development.. It's currently postponed until the major update of CitizenMP comes to live servers, It may take a while as it needs furter testings.

I'll make sure to post more content of things that are already done through our discord server in #beta-gallery section.
