The second individual is to share the enterprises with the first one, he has invested half of the money invested in first place on the enterprises, and reached an agreement to run the Enterprises together under the name of "Blitz Enterprises".

Dear fellow citizens,

Today marks the first day of us trying to revamp Fort Carson to a better place. We plan on having our very unofficial political party scattered around the Fort Carson streets for potential interaction with you, the citizens. We'd like to hear your worries and generally speaking, your goals for our beautiful town that is Fort Carson.

We're open for constructive criticism and general discussion about what's to come next from our side. We've set a checkpoint for citizens to gather up and get to know each other as well.
