Vice City Softlock, Need help

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place

I recently created a new sg for fun in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
A few days later, I've completed the the story and am doing side missions.
One of the Side Missions include buying all properties, one of which is the El Swanko Casa, Vice Point, near Hospital.
After buying the Casa, I saved my game and when It saved, I was met with the save screen again.
What Exactly happened was that when I saved, it spawned me(or the save pickup) right where the save pickup spawns (or I spawn), meaning that whenever I spawn, I would instantly enter the save pickup, and the game would bring to the save menu. I've tried googling it, nothing.
I also tried using airbreak to instantly go away from the save pickup as I spawn, but whenever my foot touches the ground, it instantly brings me to the save menu. I also tried running the game without mods, but still the same.
I've also tried saving at the Casa in another save game to test, and its the same in every sg.

I'm stuck forever and cannot progress further.
Anyone please help me
