Shawn banned you on my request for toxic behavior. The reason for a full ban is that you had already been tempbanned for racist behavior just 11 days ago, yet still seemed not to have learned how to improve your treatment of others.

As you know, I put no small amount of effort into helping counsel players who are going through problems, you included. So this was not an easy decision at all for me. But the rules have to be enforced fairly, especially in cases where reports are piling up and bad behavior is driving others off the server.

Another reason for a ban is also to give you time to reflect on your actions and how you treat others, then to make amends and learn your lesson. Not to give up or keep running from the mistakes you make, as you had already previously done. So if I were you, I would reconsider withdrawing this unban request. But that's up to you.

My behavoir compared to the other side is zero. Why didnt you take actions while i reported a player? As of my toxic behavoir what do you expect me to do when they make fun of my /ad, i was just trying to roleplay an advertisment and they made fun of it, i think they are demotivation for the new players and not me and my side. But yeah i called Terro a wannabe admin, but before i re-did that action i made sure that he didnt feel offended of it. He said that he feels good when someone calls it wannabe admin so i continued. You point at me for my toxic behavoir because i told Colin not to talk with non admins for a possible rulebreak ? Is that a mistake? Is it mistake to keep the public chat clean for other players? By the way i am very very shocked from your desicion JDC, i didnt expect full pernament ban neither tempban or kick. But that was in your hands for sure and i don't want to blame you for the actions taken. I just only feel sorry for you because you dont see the real side of the situation. You see only that you are told to.

All my respect goes to you and the community team, much love but untill we have players demotivating others, i dont think that this community will raise again. I dont wish that to happen dont missunderstand me, but as i said that is the reality and i hope it will get in good way as soon as possible.

I am old enough in this community to see who wants what and who says what, i am aware of my toxicity but dont think that i will accept their jokes of my purpose to roleplay in a roleplay server as i know.

I act on your reports as well as reports from other players. Even the players closest to me know that I am willing to warn/punish them if needed. I don't engage in favoritism.

Then report them for such behavior. Your last report (on a certain player on police duty) was also forwarded to the team and is under review. If anyone else deserves a punishment, they will get it as well.

That is not keeping the public chat clean, but outright insulting players. Even if someone initially says they were not offended, if the staff concludes that the behavior breaks the rules, then it breaks the rules. And that is the case here.

Truth be told, this would not have been a full ban at all if you had behaved better instead of getting into incident after incident, and already one tempban.

It is easier to blame me — an Administrator with years of experience in admin work, even long ago, way before I was reinstated this year, also one who does things not even included in the job description such as counselling players — than to reflect on your mistakes, admit them, and make amends for them. But the second is what can get you unbanned, not the first.

If you have such a level of experience and wisdom, knowing what to do, then prove it. Make amends for your actions, improve on your behavior, and be an example to others.

I dont blame you, i dont blame anyone, i blame myself that i tried to help this community atleast 1%. I dont mind comming back for now i dont want no unban request to be proceeded, i want to really take my time off and if i mind comming back ill post another unban request. For now that is my desicion. Thank you.
