Update list RS6.2.4d

Script Changes:

• Trucking cargo is now directly tied to the vehicle. If the vehicle has a trailer, the cargo is tied to the trailer
• Cargo is no longer lost on player disconnection or player death
• You can enter other player's cargo vehicles and see their cargo with /cargo
• Cargo is destroyed when vehicle or trailer despawns or gets destroyed
• Cargo is still destroyed if the vehicle takes too much damage, including the vehicles that have trailers
• Cargo now decays after one hour and once decayed, it's removed from the vehicle
• Information on each cargo item can now be seen in /cargo with a new Info button which now includes owner and decay time remaining. Under Info, you can unload the cargo as you could before.
• Other players can deliver your cargo if they take your vehicle and drive it to the destination and receive the money.
• You still can only have one cargo vehicle with cargo at a time.
