Hey all,
For those of you who don't know me, I'm Kowalski, possibly known as [LRP]Kowalski to you VC:MP players, though I've gone by other names, some of you may remember me as MrMeesesG or Dominic_Toretto.
Today's five years on Argonath for me! I honestly don't know how such a period of time has flown by, really. Despite all its current issues, Argo is just something I find myself clinging onto - why? Pure enjoyment. I have made some of my best friends here - and some great memories.
Argonath's been a great platform to meet people, truly great people, to enjoy roleplaying and interacting with. It's been a place to learn new things, for some, that might be learning English, or roleplay, but Argo is just that sort of a community.
Argonath's been an awesome place to hang out, especially through COVID-19, it's been a place to chill with mates (despite the low activity of the servers at times). I have to give special props to the Argonath VC:MP community for this, the way the community just knows each other and the spirit of the players with one another is just a dynamic I haven't seen anywhere else in Argonath... and it's amazing.
I just want to thank some of the amazing roleplayers, staff members and community leadership (Managers and DLs included of course) for the great experiences this community provides, and for just how much effort goes into some of the amazing things we have in this community. I hope to see this be the case with the new V:MP server, it looks like the development is amazing, and quite attractive compared to the current server.
I also definitely hope to see the CitizenIV project go ahead again, it sounds like a good future's in store for IV:MP!
