I wanna note that I understand that not all ideas can be accepted and implemented and that some can even be too much, I also understand what needs to be prioritized, I just prefer sharing these instead of keeping them to myself.  :)
(apologies if any of the ideas have already been talked about).

Log In Bonus Rewards:
- For players that have been logging in the server for certain amount of days in a row, either it is 7 days, 10 days, 15 days. Rewards varying from certain amount of money, cases, licenses, and other variety of items... the reward would be given after the player is logged in the server for certain amount of time without being AFK.

Profit and Next Due Tax:
- Include Profit and next due Tax on myproperties OR /checktaxes and /checkprofits without requiring the player to go to certain house/business.

Furniture preview:
- The same as mechanic tuning items, I think it would be appreciated to have a screen where we can see what we're buying

Add a Credit Card Script (can be discussed on how it would work)

Security Script:
- With a mayor being announced, I think it’d be a great idea to add a scripted security job at some point, where said Mayor chooses who he would like to see as a guard and payment coming from the government. Something around these lines.

Cheap accessible vehicles for new players:
- Adding cheap vehicles to allow new players to buy would be a good idea IMO as the new state vehicle system could set them back in a way (which is a good system but new players won't fully understand), these vehicles would be priced around 2.5k to 7.5k.
- We also don't see a lot of these vehicles around so here's the list I thought about: Sadler, Bravura, Clover, Glendale, Perennial, Tampa, Willard, Vincent.

Paintball:
- Paintball would be a fun addition to the server, players enter a building with friends, choose which room they wanna play and spend around 10mins fooling around. This could also lead to players creating businesses and groups out of this situation and making even more interactive situations happen.

Accessories:
- Some accessories I think should be added:
Blindfold (/blindfold ID, /removeblindfold ID)
Zipties or Rope (/tie ID, /untie ID)
Mask (/mask)

You can check your properties’ profits through the panel, as well as the due taxes.
As for the security, we already have that “Gov” group that the mayor can hire his own security and add them to the scripted ingame government group.
As for the vehicles prices, it’s been like that for years, I don’t find it a big deal, you can buy a clover for 7.5k or a Perenial for 5k. The prices are suitable to the vehicles around(Check /help vprices).
The only prices that should be reconsidered again are the boats prices to be honest.
Also, we have ropes that you can buy from gas stations, yes it’s its own script with the /tie and accepttie commands.
On the other hand, I totally support the rest of the ideas, pretty fair and incentive.

I had no idea Clover and Perennial were that cheap but, I don't think adding a small area with the vehicles listed, in Fort Carson would be a bad idea :p Thank you for the reminders on some of the other points!

Yes, you can check them here, too.
I’d love seeing a dealership at Carson aswell. Or we should start our dealerships there and interact more with new commers. :)

I feel like the current reward is enough for logging in, I rather not expand it so players aren't just logging in for additional rewards.

I'll discuss this with the team and see what we think. I personally think it's quite important for a business owner or property owner to go to each property so they are at least interacting with it. Though I can see why this could get annoying.

I think this should be added, like I'm surprised this isn't a thing.

I think this is going to be a no from me, I can understand wanting a credit line but it may add too much complication when purchasing things. Typically you don't buy vehicles/properties with credit cards. I rather see a loan system that uses savings accounts and charges interest to the person taking out the loan. As well as having collateral in case you fail to pay the loan. Though right now, I'm not pursuing this.

- Security Script

This doesn't seem necessary with the existing group systems and law enforcement.

There are cheap vehicles available but I may agree with others about setting up a small car dealership with cheap vehicles in Fort Carson. I'll bring this up with the others.

- Paintball

I like this idea, I'm wondering if it would have to be restricted to a certain area though. To me, it would be ideal to allow players to gather and play paintball anywhere. Though legality may be determined by law so police may have to stop paintball tournaments happening in towns. I look into this for an update in the future.

- Accessories

We already have rope and tying people up, I'm unsure if it works. Blindfolds would be interesting to add. What would /mask do?

IMO it should one building, but inside that building there would be different rooms to choose from, different sizes, different weapons, etc.

I think mask would be a great add-on to cancel metagaming situations that could happen, we have /wear and all to cover our faces but players will always find a way to turn it around and make their character know who X Y Z was under that cover.
Mask would basically hide a player identity, removing their name and ID from above their character. This could be useful even to people in the law field.

IMO, masks work properly when we have a higher playercount. It wouldn’t make any difference, they’ll find out that it’s you at the end of the day anyways, they have their ways. ;)
Just sharing my opinion. However, I support that, too.
Will be pretty useful for cops more than civilians even since most of us use same skins, unlike civilians most of them have their own unique skin. :)
