Have you seen the activity on this forum, compared to what it used to be like? There were good three weeks recently where there has not been a single new post/reply.
I will let you draw your own conclusions, because some delusional people who can't let go will accuse me of talking smack again. But I guess join yourself and judge yourself.
In my eyes, we failed. Argo is gone, and it won't recover. I am more than hoping someone to prove me wrong.
As a long term member why dont you do something about it, Argonath was always more than its staff, its about the players and this negativity does not help.
Help to solve it and maybe it wont be as dead as you think.
I see Sawyer's reply was moderated. But I can more or less assume its content. I ain't even gonna bother.
As for your own message, please note I am not 12 anymore. I joined Argonath when I was 10. I am now 24, please let that sink in.
I have a job now, taxes to pay, matters to attend to. I try to do my best whenever I can to promote activity on VC:MP, but there is not that much free time left for me to get too involved. If I was still 12 without responsibilities, I'd sure as hell be doing more.
I was kind of hoping that the FiveM Argonath server was going to be the salvation Argonath needed, because Rage MP is unpopular and therefore hard to attract new players in. However, it seems that the development on FiveM Argonath has also halted indefinitely.

Not necessarily a failure, just the end of a cycle.
I like to check out the forum once in a while, and at this time there's no point in blaming anyone. Most players outgrew SA:MP and younger kids just play newer games. No need to be negative, we had our fun, but we have more important shit to do now.
I wish this was true, but I don't think it is. The way I see it, we evolved too little and too late to attract the newer generation of players, we were too late to the GTA V RP party as well. To be frank, I highly doubt Argo will ever recover. As I said, I really wish I was wrong, I'd really love to have a community to jump into when I am bored again, but it's been more than a year this community has went nowhere and I doubt it is going to change.
As I said, I really hope I get proven wrong in the long run.

Still no need to spread negative sentiment.
People here need a reality check. Some people claiming how Argonath is still active when it hardly even averages 10 players a week this day is just sad.
