Hello, I, Jonathan Kuz Uryu, am asking permission to run a legal event known as Vice Fight Club in Vice City.
It will be a completely bare-knuckle fight tournament consisting of 16 competitors. All the rules of Law are closely followed and respected. The matches are done professionally, inside the cage, like, Mixed-Martial Arts combat sport. No competitor will be beaten to death or injured severely, and they are instantly provided free medical care once a match is completed.

JUDGEMENT

The Court grants Jonathan Kuz Uryu to run an event called "Vice Fight Club" for it's first season under the impression that all fighters involved have consented and applied themselves. The fights must happen in the predisclosed area, the event holder Jonathan Kuz Uryu should make sure there are no loss of life to happen in the event. Failure to comply with the decision will revoke the Court's permission to run the event immediately and Jonathan Kuz Uryu to be liable for all possible charges.
