Long story short:
What if we were to remove auto-suspections for murder, and murder messages (could stil be checked by admins), but murders would spawn actual bodies VCPD could investigate?
Bodies perhaps could also be moved in some way. Would give a way for gangs to roleplay discreet murders, as well as add some investigative aspect to VCPD roleplay.
