1. Add vending machines as a business around the city with a limit of $10 of things they can sell for a quick heal. Price to buy and therefore own the vending machine should be around $10,000-$15,000. Maybe place a yellow sphere in front of the machine so everyone knows they can be interacted with

2. More versatility regarding vehicles spawning around the map. Angel, Linerunner and Sandking need a State car variant and other vehicles like the BF-Injection, Coach, Bus, Sanchez and Deluxo for example need to be seen more. Can give you locations where certain vehicles should be parked in my eyes if necessary.

3. Patriot is a brilliant car in the GTA series, but in GTA Vice City unfortunately it's only available in 1 color and can't be repainted even with VCMP support. I wonder if it could be replaced or another type of Patriot could be added (Like the GTA III one for example)! I think it's one of the better 4 seaters we have and I think it deserves more recognition.

4. Create a minimission where a moderate boat like a Speeder spawns at Drug Island with a message saying: "A boat full of medical marihuana has been sighted." And cops need to bring this boat to Naval Base and type /unloadboat to prevent the drugs from roaming the streets while criminals need to deliver it here: https://imgur.com/a/drt1eLl

Wouldn't this affect food businesses, and make them even more obsolete than they already are? I'm not sure this is really necessary. I'd rather try and encourage players to use bars, cafes, and restaurants more often than random vending machines scattered around the city.

I have some similar ideas for future mini missions, and I do want to make use drug island more. It may not be exactly as described though.
