VPS Problems!?

• Add pre-set dest to /goto such as mgs - mario
• Add owner to vehicle enter message - mario
• Add givecash, abal, lastlogin, givewep, wepids - mario
• Add /chatmode - mario
  

These are some git messages among many and @mario is a production machine from last week. @dhia.djobbi has taken it up himself to create hospital and medic stuff. We do want to recover our health right? Right? @Afterpwn has given us the opportunity to use a vps through Argo, but so far we haven't been able to make it work. I hope we can get this resolved in the next week so we can the code on a vps and start do some testing for more and many eyes.
