Well I cant believe I'm about to post this, I do hope all interpret it as I intend for it to be interpreted.
Note: I'm putting a summary of my entire time at argo here, not only my first experience, because it's all linked very much and it also goes to show other mistakes made, and then which is best in the end, which could sort of be a second experience, idk.

My first experience on Argonath.

demo derby event was planned.
i thought, i have to join that, i know i have a very good chance of winning.
demo derby event started, had a couple tactics up my sleeve.
tactics were let everyone else blow each other up via car collisions while i avoid them but attempt to appear like im not avoiding them.
tactic if survived that was simple, let someone follow me around the top of the slope of the giant bowl until they rage quit or dsamage their car sufficiently.
it was working, i was on tactic 2 with just me and someone else left.
i was thinking this is flipping awesome im actually gonna win.
i won. awesome stuff. paid in full.
round 2 or 3 came, i know, ill just try same tactics again.
at the start of this round, i knew an admin was on to me, but i was thinking like well its not specified in the rules that i cant do this.
last 2 players in the bowl, me and someone else.
you have been kicked from the server.
i actually rage cried at my pc because id been playing the argo mta vc server for some days or weeks and very much enjoyed it.
thought f this s i ent coming back to that s hole again ever what a joke stupid stuff.
then sometime soon after, i took a step back, and thought, why? why did ron kick me? what could the reason possibly have been other than staff abuse?
i rejoined the mta vc argo server, to purely ask why? why man?
in short, i was given the answer by ron, cheating.
i disconnected immdiately.
it took some thought.
but i realised it.
i had initially put my false assumption of staff abuse down to my ingame driving skill being really good.
it was a demo derby, not a car chase.
the event was advertised as a demo derby.
so the event was a demo derby.
the event was not an avoid the cars for 10 minutes event.
and i realised that spending 10 minutes avoiding cars in a demo derby without even 1 contribution to what others were doing (car collisions), is actually cheating.
if everyone did what i did, there would be no winner or looser, and it wouldnt have been fun.
tactics became cheating when you dont even take part in the same way that others are taking part.
so i realized i was being bang out of order and ruining it for everyone.
i rejoined the mta vc argo server.
i apologized to ron, i think he was perhaps surprised.
it was a life lesson learnt, fairness is important, to say the least.
cheating deserves a kick.
from all this, i learnt that Argonath RPG was a community that heavily promoted fairness.
life has so much unfairness.
Argonath RPG truely both is and was a fantastic community.

the continuation.
i then earnt level 1 admin, level 2, level 3, then 5.
vcmp had more functionality than mtavc.
a team i was in ported/created original/new argo script to vcmp. had a street race script, with 2 tracks, hardcoded co-ordinates lol, but i found it fun to race round.
recruited some mods/admins, sacked some.
i had started something.
but this time it wasn't anything good.
it was an addicition in real life.
i needed my fix every time i even wanted to reply to someone on msn messenger.
i knew the effort a lot of people had put into porting/creating the first vcmp argo server, and the history of the fair argo mtavc server.
i could not see my now useless effort destroy what others had achieved.
it was time.
replace myself. new leader of vcmp argo.
and resign.
stupid mistakes were made after resigning, due to addicition.
i chose to go and make another multiplayer for VC with others.
whn ron notified me on the forum or msn that, Mex, are you aware that they are members of **????
I stupidly let addiciton take over and justified it as id rather let the next focus be on development rather than management.
I had let the devil in, passively.
addicition, to addiciton, to addicition, mental health agony, mental health medicine of severity, then prison, then section twice.
today i am 3 weeks clear of drugs, and im staying clear of alcohol. after a 15 year battle with drugs and the trippiest psychosis trips around.
and i'll tell yall summin, nothing like a good day where u remember both ur roots and the reason as to why u put so much work into something (argo). don't get this part twist.
so happy to see Argonath RPG still going.

No other communities come close.
