what about neckles/rings having some power like saphire/emerald/ruby/amathyst/onix/diamond, neckles/rings that regens hp like 1hp every 10/9/8/7/6/5 minutes or gives u +5/10/20/30/40/50 armor but does not have effect on law citizens.
Then u can buy them from jewelery shops like saphire 5000$ and emerald 7500$ dunno what the prices then should be. The jewelery shop price should be more expansive then, like 750.000$ and If u own a jewelery shop u only get 5/10% of the price if u sell a neckle/ring to a person.
They should be very expansive and if u buy a neckle u can see that in ur invent.
U can only own 1 neckle or ring. NO neckle + ring.
