I would have to agree with Panda here. Group members are allowed off-topic communication up to a certain degree in their topics (i.e: Sharing pics and vids, "hey man, how you been?", friendly jokes, etc...) as long as it does not breach rules such as flaming or trolling. Even Kolta does this (to a certain degree), and to think it is personally run by 2 Managers.

Keep in mind that not all group topics are meant for discussion only about group affairs, such as important announcements.
