On the last months there have been a lot of changes starting from the "initiation process" of every member, to the organization and structure of the Araatus Yakuza. It has came to our needs to use a communication system called "Slack" which allows you to have access to all the content of the yakuza including: initiation process procedures, quickresumes of activityreports, duty of each rank etc... with slack it is possible to access even from mobile, and it is now a requirement for every Kyodai or higher to use. At the moment it is under an experimental phase and will only start beeing fully tested when we get our next Kyodai ( Shatei promotion).
All the information provided are important and should be read by every kyodai or higher ranked member, Shatei's do not need to worry about it as they are still a sort of "apprentices" in the process of acceptance, even thought they passed their trainee period.
With all of this i'd like to request all the inactive kyodai or higher members (Shateigashiras, Wakagashiras, Saiko-Kommon, Kumicho's) who are thinking of getting active again, to request access either to me or Jay, throught PM and their permissions will be set accordingly, we also strongly recommend them to stay at least one week without taking many decisions and watch in the backseat (while reading the information available at the araatus slack) to better understand the role that will be plaid afterwards. (This is not required unless you are thinking of getting active again, but you can still request it and we recommend you to do so, to be informed of what is happening to the yakuza on your absence, allowing to participate in the dragon council decisions, even if you are not active)

The constant promotion of roleplay leaded to this changes which will allow us to set everything organized properly and bring more quality RP to the server.
