Constantly stalking (possibly among others) the Carlo Familia and consistently trying to kill them for no apparent reason, for several dozen minutes - possibly over an hour.
Also refusing to pay back money in a misunderstood deal over the transfer of a Wayfarer vehicle, which would be the conventional etiquette.

You may reapply in two weeks or more once you have shown an improvement on the server.
