Two years ago this weekend, Arca Araatus escaped from the Las Venturas Courtroom of his parole hearing, and made it to Chinatown. There, in what was previously the San Fierro Alleyway Headquarters, the family celebrated his success.
Now, we shall again drink to Arca, and celebrate his incredible escape from the clutches of the Law.
