So what's this I hear about Gulucans "taking" over ARC? XPLAINZ TO ME.

Basically they had a admin set houses at ARC cause Remo asked them and they did it. Then Remo bought the houses they set for them and claim it as there HQ cause they say Araatus only owns the business and not the place and that it is Gulucan's HQ now. So they just say that it is theirs but  it is not.
