Apparently, all of the episodes are dubbed already, with the next set of dubbed episodes out on Dec 28th with the 3rd English DVD (episodes 27-39). When Adult Swim brings the show off hiatus then the dubbed episodes will gradually be released.
Have you watched past episode 27 using subs, then? :o
