Is pausing in gunfights allowed?

Alrigh,t so I was chilling with my pals, and then 2 guys came up, fernando torres and rodgriguez

insulting us etc after a fair bit he dares me to shoot him, rodgrizuen

so i pull my sawn offs out then i shoot him, midway through, cause as well all know, 4 rounds from a sawn off will kill anyone and close range, they amazingly stop doing damage. This is pausing

He was standing still, no lag, he must have paused, or activated some health helping thing

i ask him about this, and he says, basically, nobodies going to do anything because he's supposedly a developer ( Is this true, you wont do anything? if it is, why? )

this, in my oopinion is rediculous i have many screenshots of what hapen. and his friend fernando is right up his arse saying insults to me etc in main chat

i got a bit carri away in main chat but that is because i am angry at how people who are supposedly admin can get away with such acts

can i do this now? opause when someone shoot me? if i can please say?

admin are too lead by example, that means i can, i shot him 4 times at close range, all 4, direct hits, only the first 2 did damage, because, he must of paused, or as i saic activate sometihnt to help his health#

please help me, is this allowed?

You're correct, It's not allowed, same as in MTA.
Pausing in battle is not allowed.

I wanna see an answer to this question, this has happend to me someone recently too..

Being admin or developer does not get you any freedom to abuse scripts, use cheats or break rules.
For these things we have made a mail address that the main admins get to see, so that players can put their complaints and we can review them.

Attach the best screenshots and and a clear recount of events in an email to [email protected]

Then you can talk to the head admins about the incident when they contact you..

I hope you success, for he is going too far with this to say he is "invincible" from the rules because he is a developer.
