every visit to the town is +1 population of the town :)

u can increase industries and transport etc.

atm, we don 't have any problems with un emplyment and traffix. so we can now go on getting inhabitatns :D

When you start a region, you have the option to make it, either all water(like you did) or all land.
Anyway, rush hour plays the standard games cities so no problem.

Then I do San Fierro, Los Santos, Las Venturas, CENTER OF ARGONATH, Vice City :)

Because if i do in a all land region by me, the abiental advisor will say to i put more trees :S
