Yes, 15-20 minutes. I remember, the contest Started 21:00 CET and Finished 21:17 CET, MIB was racing until the end (he won). All this time you was flamming he, like : "i really hate you". And you was also saying things like "GFNSJK", flooding.

Lets make it clear that we will not tolerate that any members are rulebreaking.

Now I do not know 100% for sure what actually happened on the server, but from what I have heard flaming happened, a little deathmatching and flooding with caps.
We do not allow such behaviour in our team, and even though I was not there, MIB is a co leader of the team, and has the power to warn/kick members.
We are trying to be fair with the punishment of rules, and in cases where people continuously break the rules, it will be punished with an immediate kick.

Just an advice to our members; if you ever get annoyed of something, try to relax or leave the server till you are calm. Do not take it out on anyone, even if you feel that you were being treated unfair by anyone. Starting with rulebreaking because you are mad, will certainly not help you out, and as leader of this team, I will hold a strict line in our members, as I do not want some half-hearted team who breaks the rules.
Remember our main target is to make the Argonath MTA:VC server famous and make it good and active. We should do anything we can, to make this happen, and breaking the rules will only make people lose trust in us. This is why we need a strict line, we should be great examples to all newcomers to the server, and try to help out anyone, instead of misleading them to rulebreak.

Things are going great guys,
but I need some of members to be more active on MTA.
Remember, TeaM is for MTA/VCMP servers only. Not for others.
We should do our best to accomplish our goals.

Also, like Iceboy said, the austerity will be sustained.
It is one of the most essential things for us to develope the clan.

One more thing, we should be a little bit more active on the forums,
especially after the member section is created.
Since we can't talk all together at the same time, we should use the forums.

Being the most active on MTA does not mean you guys are the "best".
Also, TeaM did not exist that time. Lucky for Sforza.
Which one is better for you,
a lot of rulebreakers as members or only admins/best RPers?
It is obvious that a clan member thinks his team is better than any others.
No need to further arguments for this.
