I'm certain that it has not yet been 3 months since NitrOx last entered his ammunation.
If that's the case, it doesn't matter how (in)active a person it, it has to be 3 months since the dude last entered.
But since you already took the liberty to take it away from a Stracci, you should give it back to a more active Stracci, e.g Kaze, due to it belonging to Stracci.
And threathening with selling it is not very polite.
