Hello, so as many of you know, me and Flash we're back to the server after a long year and half.
I've been discussing with Danny, and I'm back as before, I decided to change some things, and Danny has already been notified, so here it goes for a quick update:
We all know that NitrOx's the founder, so I'm going to skip that.
So here is the current ranking system with the current ACTIVE members!

Leadership / Council: NitrOx / Rafael / Flash
Boss: Danny Stracci
Underboss: Scott Stracci
Consigliere: RYAN STRACCI (Promoted) - Congratulations.
Caporegime: MARIUS STRACCI (Promoted) - Congratulations.  Still seeking for two more capos.
Mobsters: Marcelo Stracci; Alexander Stracci; Efe Stracci. || Marcello / Alexander, under discussion for Capo promotion!
Soldier: N/A
Inactive: Ints, Breeze, Waldo, Joseph, Henry, Ricardo & Gino.

If any of the inactive members are going to return or are just on a break, please send me a private message stating so.

Still regarding the matter above, the members, due the amount of players that wish to join our faction, we're going to start accepting members, regardless the level of Roleplay, we still expect a considerable level of English. This will be the new addition: - Every player that wishes to join Stracci, but doesn't have enough qualification regarding their level of Roleplay, if they wish, they will be able to join as trainees, and will receive training from the higher ranks, I'll start giving out the training. So if someone applies to the family, and a Capo + finds that person does not qualify to the family and decides to deny that person, he should add in the reply to the application that they can choose to receive the training and eventually being promoted from trainee to a full Stracci member, if they decide not to accept the training and reapply later they can do so as well.

The point of this initiative is to help the new players to improve and eventually help Stracci to have a more strict selection of members.

After a trainer finds that the person in question, is fit to pass to a trial period of testing that person will change tag and during that time they will have to follow some stricter rules:

- They can't get banned.
- They can't receive a temporary ban.
- They can get a max of 3 kicks.
- They can get a max of 5 warnings.
- During the period of test, the player will be taken to extreme pressure in order to see how they can handle things and check the loyalty with the faction.

As a trainee, the player should use the following tag - [ST] - As in, Stracci Trainee.
On the test period, the player will use - [T]Name_Stracci
Only trainers will be able to promote them during these times, a player that passes the test will be ranked to Soldier.
There are some more information I'd like to add:

- Diplomacies will be reviewed;
- Flash Stracci is now in LEAD of the faction during faction WARs. He will be giving out the tactics, and players must follow his lead, regardless YOUR RANK;
- Players that own assets - Businesses, not houses - Should PM ME THEM, and their locations. If you're thinking about buying one, please let me know what business and where it is located.
- By the way, Magnus Valenti is renting our TV Studio, I've dealt with him, with Danny by my side, and if he needs muscle in order to defend it while he uses the business, a Stracci will be sent to protect the asset.
- We still take applications in the fórum, but if you wish you may come to us In Character and show interest.
- Also, Barbaro will be our newer MEMBER, welcome her once she joins in!


Also, Danny will be in charge of leading the Finances, which includes managing the businesses (selling / buying) instructing members regarding what they're going to buy, specially if they're interested to buy an asset for the family. Flash will be in charge of giving out tactics and leading the family during the war times, if that happen. And, myself, Rafael, I'll be in charge of the diplomacy and family negotiations.

EDT: I'll be speaking with every member I catch online individually. hopefully I'm to know more about each individual for easier promotions or even demotions! I'll concider along with Danny specific charges for each individual in order to get some business running and somehow gather some Money in order to expand territory, but I'll discuss that in some kind of 'interviews' with the members.

Also, by saturday at 19cet, I'd like to see every member online, this is requested due some meeting I'll arrange with the other factions, I hope you all can show up. Roleplay is to be organized!

Did some remarks in the original post.

When You, Flash and Rafael (further refered to as "you") return, if you wish to do so, your ranks can be discussed with me, Danny and Scott in presence. Even though your plan is ambitious, you've proven yourself disloyal and selfish.
From my perspective, it seems like you wish to return after a long period of inactivity due to a ban, stained, straight into the leading position, without having a clue what is going on and reorganizing everything.

I will also be reviewing everything along with Scott. Danny must've been drunk and/or high when he made the decision.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, if you prove you have changed for the better and have enforced your ambitious plan well, your high rank can be discussed, however, not the leading one, not yet at least.

Well, even though I do see your POV, me and Flash brought Stracci up multiple times, and that has been proven to NitrOx; with all the respect I do have for you, I received previous orders to do as I want as long I'm thinking the best for Stracci interests. So, regardless what is going to happen in that meeting, I'm not going to change any of my plannings, and once again, with all the respect I have for the family and in this case for you, me and Flash, we can do it with or without you. We did it before and we will do it again;

To add I haven't been disloyal to anyone, I left Stracci before due the long period of downtime by ANY of the criminal factions and lack of interest for the criminal life. Everyone was quitting for the Police Academy and so did I; unlike some of the players who decided to take a break from the server, I eventually got banned for misbehaving when I was not part of the family, so I did not taint the family name. Anyway, we can either support each other or we can have two sets of Stracci, hopefully this won't bring any tension between us, but I'm only and only doing what I think that is the best for the family and I'm doing it along with Danny. But I'm not to follow nor going against NitrOx elder orders.
