Storry its like this...he reported me for camping at 3 DD's not 1...so i got pissed offf likeeeee sshiittt!!(Matthew knows how i am when im angry...!)
So...yesterday i was thinking to give him a last chance...But he reported me again....And he left for that thing im thinking so...And He got officialy kicked!
I was thinkging to ask NitrOx but...i was too pissed off so i kicked him without any more words,i was thinking to kick him or seak with nitorx about his altitude fro bigger ranks  along time ago...but i didnt....And i just kicked him verry simple...
When roman posted his aplication...look He sayd he will be agree with folowing orders from his leaders,he sayd he will be agree with Stracci Family Rulles...

Lets think again...NitrOx,Matthew,Jesse,Jack,Albu and all this members and many other who saw him in game...in mostly time did he taked the orders and executed?or just sayd "Noone gives me orders and says me what to do"? Lets be honestly...please...If im wrong...NitrOx...kick me please...I think i did something wrong ..cuz i didnt asked him..but ...i weere like....FFS i cant take it anymore!!!...What ever lets make a vote if Roman respected our RUlles,and if  he was agree with the most orders from his leaders....Lets see..Please,All Stracci members post an answer

im not a consig nor am i in a higher rank then neuron, but let me help you guys out. for one, i dont think, Roman, you should of reported him for camping right away, maybe talk to him first. if that doesnt work then maybe you should of talked to a higher rank for this. but this really doesnt have anything to do with Stracci. Neuron, if he did report you for camping (and you getting DQ) then either dont camp (if you were camping, but im not say you were) or explian to admins your predicament. then talk to roman/higher rank. then (IF) neuron did flame you Roman, you should of taken screenshots and either got off the computer or ignore him, later on to inform a higher rank of his actions. but neuron did you flame him at all?

BUT things have happened and we cant go back in time.......

but neuron and roman have their faults, and roman has complained about me being bossy, but i ignore it, and try to make peace with him because he is part of Stracci and NitroX believes he has what it takes. Neuron you got to control your anger man  ive seen you pissed before and it puts alot of stress on all of us. if you get really pissed while im in-game then talk to me, if im not in-game then either get off the computer but say what you want to say and dont type it.

i would really like Roman to come back on if he wants, but i would also like to help him get along with the other members. such as: able to take orders, etc......
and help neuron control his anger.
I desperately want you guys to think about how things went down and to apologize to each other if you feel it is right, because all I want is for Stracci not to fight each other, but those other mafias.  :m4: :sig:
