I let NitrOx decide this one, but from watching you in-game (you belive that you are over all players, and you are better then all admins when you), i would say declined.

which shows that you dont give a fuck about which group is accepting you, you only want to be in a group. And Stracci is even your last choice, you wanted to get accepted by Corleone or Cems first.
