I would like to re-instate, that you are NOT allowed to attack a group/gang if there is NO Capo + rank online, it should be decided by the highest rank, if there is only soldiers, you may NOT attack a group.

Although Stracci is under attack, the highest rank on of Stracci should re-group the troops and arm them up.

I think Montanas got what they deserved and saw we still own Los Santos.
