Member Management

Member Manager

The Member Manger will be in charge of all promotions, demotions, accepts and denials! He, along with his Advisor, will make the key decisions of who and when someone gets promoted. Part of their job will also be choosing who gets accepted or denied into the family.

Resource Management

Resources Manager

The Resource Manager will be in charge of all of the families resources. He, along with his Advisor, will manage our weapon stock, drugs stock and from time to time - the money. They will also play a big part in the family wars with the equipping of all of our units.

Group Management

Group Manager

The Group Manager works most closely with the Don and gets things done. He, along with his Advisor, deals with alliances and enemies. They are the closest to the Don and have usually played a key part within the family. They will also deal with any other things that are to do with the group as a whole.

Caporegieme

The Capos Control the "muscle" of the family, they lead the "bye bye part" of the mafia business, they don't take shit and are definitely not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Soldiers

Becoming a Soldier means you have been promoted from the bottom member rank which is Associate. You are obliged to take the hits and listen to higher ranks(practically leaded by Consiglieres and mostly Capo's)

Associates

Your are our word on the streets, You get us the dirt from other families, find out what is happening in the crime world, and even if you must go undercover for us.You are the dwellers on every block.Your Enforce the families. (Not by killing,Enforcing it:Beating up) and guarding The Stracci Properties and making sure that their is no rats among our family or people trying to get info on us, etc lawyers, other familys and Argonath news team.

Trials

The trials are the new guys on the street. They earn money whatever way they can, breaking into pensioners homes, taxing the gardeners, nothing is below them. The trials need to be eager to learn from the members of Stracci and must obey them at all time or any hope of them getting in is lost, they have this one chance to be a part of this powerful Family and they can't mess it up. The Trials need to be their best at everything because they are always being watched and their behaviour and ability to obey the rules is always monitored.

Hm... He is 4months ... He was xu1gua and Andy_Silence and n03n or something. But he is not good enough for Stracci. Stracci reputation is already ruined . He will ruin it even more. He got kicked out of SoS (( i kicked him )) , because he was ANNOYING, and he ruined every kidnap/robbery. When we do kidnapp he rams us and hostage dies in car explosion.
