It has come to my attention that Stracci is not the way it used to be. When I first joined back in '08 it was very active and the people were always fun to be with and we had many a laughs. Over the past few weeks we have lost many good members and I am sure we will lose many more if it carries on the way it is. I am sure that you will all agree with me that it is not the most active mafia and I contribute to this factor with my inactiveness. There are certain things that I believe have contributed to the downfall of Stracci and they are:

  • LSRP - NitrOx plays that 24/7,
  • Stricter RP rules - Although these have increased our RP, they have removed the fun out of most things.
  • Removal of the _Stracci tag - People have left due to this,
  • No applications - No new members to train up!
I have been in Stracci now for over a year and have seen it peak in greatness and also fall. Over the past week or so, it has decreased massively. I think it is time to re-arange the group to re-gain our groups greatness. If we carry on at this level, we are doomed to failure. We will need people to fill the higher ranks that are willing to contribute to the running of the group. If nothing can be done about it I am afraid I would have to leave the group and start up something of my own. This would be a shame as it seems that I am pretty much running the group.

I have spoken to the few members that are active, Rafael, Yugo, Ryan etc. and they too agree that something needs to be done. It has been ages since NitrOx has been online on the forums so it will be hard to do something productive. What I suggest is a revamp of the leadership system, a re-introduction of the _Stracci tag and re-opening of the applications. I'd like to hear from all members about this and what roles people would be willing to take on. Especially from the active members and those already in some kind of administritive role.

I'm sorry to say this, but I feel like this is going no where. It's a shame to leave Stracci but it has to be done. It is not the way it used to be and i cannot be in a group where the leader doesn't give a rats arse.

How many friggin members are left? Flash and now Ollie are gone... The HQ is turning into a ghost town.... It feel's like a small posse instead of a big mafia.... What else is next?

I now have Photoshop, I'm gonna try make a signature, but I need someone to help me with the basics... I only used it for photo's. I also have Flash cs4 now. I made a bouncing square, if anyone want's to see it.
