We will need people to fill the higher ranks that are willing to contribute to the running of the group. If nothing can be done about it I am afraid I would have to leave the group and start up something of my own. This would be a shame as it seems that I am pretty much running the group.

I have spoken to the few members that are active, Rafael, Yugo, Ryan etc. and they too agree that something needs to be done. It has been ages since NitrOx has been online on the forums so it will be hard to do something productive. What I suggest is a revamp of the leadership system, a re-introduction of the _Stracci tag and re-opening of the applications. I'd like to hear from all members about this and what roles people would be willing to take on. Especially from the active members and those already in some kind of administritive role.
