It has come to my attention that Stracci is not the way it used to be. When I first joined back in '08 it was very active and the people were always fun to be with and we had many a laughs. Over the past few weeks we have lost many good members and I am sure we will lose many more if it carries on the way it is. I am sure that you will all agree with me that it is not the most active mafia and I contribute to this factor with my inactiveness. There are certain things that I believe have contributed to the downfall of Stracci and they are:

• LSRP - NitrOx plays that 24/7,
  
• Stricter RP rules - Although these have increased our RP, they have removed the fun out of most things.
  
• Removal of the _Stracci tag - People have left due to this,
  
• No applications - No new members to train up!
  

I have been in Stracci now for over a year and have seen it peak in greatness and also fall. Over the past week or so, it has decreased massively. I think it is time to re-arange the group to re-gain our groups greatness. If we carry on at this level, we are doomed to failure. We will need people to fill the higher ranks that are willing to contribute to the running of the group. If nothing can be done about it I am afraid I would have to leave the group and start up something of my own. This would be a shame as it seems that I am pretty much running the group.

I have spoken to the few members that are active, Rafael, Yugo, Ryan etc. and they too agree that something needs to be done. It has been ages since NitrOx has been online on the forums so it will be hard to do something productive. What I suggest is a revamp of the leadership system, a re-introduction of the _Stracci tag and re-opening of the applications. I'd like to hear from all members about this and what roles people would be willing to take on. Especially from the active members and those already in some kind of administritive role.

So someone else take the bosses position, hit him off the top spot like Mafias do IRL.
Stracci is bigger than NitrOx, so if he isn't around to look after it, take him out.

If he cannot commit to a group that he created, and that you are part of,
then push him off the top spot and replace him with someone who can save Stracci.

No need to get rid of him. The Don of a Mafia doesn't really do much anyway. Me, FLash, Enzo, Yugo and Melin run it about as much as NitOx so its all cool.

True, We have also talked about this ingame today, I have also noticed Nitrox's inactivity's. I think that it is disrespectfull to kick NitrOx out. He is the founder, Without him we have not been here. And that here will never be a better leader then NitrOx. On the other hand. If he keeps being inactive. He should pick new leaders and Stracci will continue without him and he can return later. If he will not react. Then we ( The higher ranks should take a decision and continue without NitrOx, Untill he reacts ).

When he's online he can lead, when others are online, they can lead. Whenever I'm online I lead our men as they all respect and listen to me. We don't need to kick him out as it's his fucking mafia.
