Ok, I will now attempt to explain who will be doing what, so here goes!

The Godfather: Fuck all!

Head of the family: Oversees tasks, Commands when needed, Final decision if neccesary.

Consigliere: In this case, he will be dealing with Enemies/Allies/Wars etc.

Capo Bastone(s): Dealing with member management, Accepting/Denying/Testing/Promoting up from Associate to Soldier.
Capo: In charge of a small group of Soldier's, Will be chosen later, The head of the "muscle".

Soldier's: The "muscle", Doing the dirty but important work, A made man!

Associate's: New recruit in the family, Doing all the shit.
