Me Giorgio and Rafael have agreed on an idea of forming a commission.Only capos+ will be on the comission meetings and a meeting must be held once a week,in a time we all have to agree on.Do you agree with this or not?

Yep, that's exactly what we want and need. The rank one which I posted before is basically the same as the one you posted except yours is just a commission.
