Before you recruit random people, I'd suggest you ask an admin for a background check... That's what we do, to avoid this problem.
Ask for an alias check, and they'll find out if they are banned/multiaccounting or whatever.

This is a kind of funny, Romeo we're friends but i still have to ask you this. Didn't your best members like Pepe, Pepito and such, left because you were recruiting everybody ?

Sorry this budy but i had to ask you this since you think we recruit "Random People", most of new members of stracci are veterans, with much RP experience than me and you.

They left because I'd left recruiting to people who did not understand the standards we were looking for, and were soon after kicked.
Funnily enough, almost all of them were then accepted into Stracci... apart from the two or so which joined Green.

Pepito left to follow a cop career a month or two ago, Pepe didn't leave, we only lost several new members because they were either asked to leave, or did not agree with the standards we were looking for... I.E James_Stracci and Phillip_Stracci.
