Information (At least a 400 word story!):  Charles was born in las venturas.He always adopted the life of crime his parents didnt know that he killed two people in school,they did not know he dealt drugs.Charles where everyone thought is graduating and is a great student was actually cheating in the exams.His parents found out about his life and left him in las venturas and moved out to another country that Charles never found out about.Charles was now on the street with no where to go but now he was fully illegal he started dealing drugs on the street and guns to the criminals.Soon he worked for the best,The Stracci and he was becoming rich fast then one day he sold a packet of heroin to a man and the next minute he was a wanted criminal,it was a FBI agent.At the age of 16 he was put behind bars for 10 long years he came out at the age of 26 in one year he established contact with the Stracci again and after a few days,The FBI agent's body was never recovered now Charles was armed and rich.He had men working for him while he was himself dealing too.Any cop he immediately killed and none of his boys got in any trouble either.Soon he became one of the most wanted men in Las Venturas then one day when Charles was sleeping SWAT raided his house.Charles opened a secret tunnel and quickly escaped to montgomery.All his boys died and his wife was raped and left for dead by the corrupt officers.
Charles started his small business in montgomery as a ammunation owner slowly getting the names of all officers involved in the raid.He built a army of gangsters at his disposal.Then one day he returned to las venturas every officer that even knew about the raid was got rid of,some died from burning alive so others had their flesh eaten by Wild Lions.The main operatives are believed to be still trapped in a prison of Charles where they are tortured.Charles was back on the streets of Las Venturas now making money and his army took out every threat to him.He controlled everything now from Casinos to street gambles even every cop that took a bribe first put aside Charles's Share but then Fate turned on Charles his partners betrayed him he was forgotten by the world and forced to live a life of misery.He somehow survived the attacks of the police but his partners knew everything about him.Afer a few years Charles killed his partners and made the entire criminal business of Las Venturas Collapse.This time he did not start his own business but go with a old Stracci friend to their hq...
