I'll contact the man, it's a little bit true, I send me the money and then I crashed, and couldn't enter the game because my mother was moaning. Why should I do /q if i haven't even done my turn for blackjack. And btw it was 10K.

Well, scam is actually allowed in Argonath. But we are dealing with gambling, you are allowed to scam in such situation if you are playing in the streets.
If you are playing in the casino it is really easy to understand.

-The dealer have to ask the money from the person that is betting BEFORE the game starts, paying the double of the sent ammount to the gambler, if he wins. If the dealer does not ask for the money and in the end gets scammed there is nothing to do, since second the laws he have to ask for the money before the game starts.

-The dealer isn't supposed to scam, but yes, he is allowed to. Tho, the player that went to the casino with strong evidences(prints of the bet, the money that he sent to the dealer, the numbers that he got while /dice'ing and the date and time that it happened(td)), he can put the casino/dealer in court with a 100% sure that he will win the court case.
