about the citizen and cop skin

i liked the idea of putting a citizen skin as first skin, because there would be less cops DMing. but the thing is, the first skin after the citizen skin is the copskin. DMers use copskin and bikeskin a lot (see in DMserver). so my idea is to put the bikerskin or something after the citizen skin to have even less cops DMing. the copskin can be put a bit later, because it really sucks to have cops DMing. its a bit better if bikers DM, because cops can still suspect them if there are no admins online.

If cops dm they will be kicked, so i can't see the problem.

there are times that there are no admins online, that also why citizen skin is placed as first skin...

Its very unlikely that there are not any admins is online. And if there isn't just contact one through msn or the forums

well i had many times without admins online. most of the time, there is 1 admin online, but when he leaves, then there is none.

the whole idea of the citizen skin and its spot is to reduce DMers using copskin. so, if you want to reduce DMers in copskin even more, place the copskin on some other spot. sound very logical doesn't it?

yes but the first next skin is copskin and then u have a bigger chance that DMers choose copskin after that dont u think?
