An exception was open. As I see that this exception will be good for the competition and will enhance vehicle diversity. I approved the creation of a new team. And that a driver could change team although he already competed.
Jserg participation in first Superspeacial will be removed, which will cause Zun to move to 7th place. Jserg is now in the same conditions as drivers not present.

I know it's not much, but it only for the stage. There will be IRL race like prizes at the end of the rally and at the end of the SARChampionship There will be a party totally organized by Rockstars fill with glamor and money everywhere...so I was told. 

AND...I will make an event where I'll put face to face, the champions of IRL SARC and other racing competitions called... ROC(race of champions).

I wanted to make 2 stages per day but Grz didn't show, some people had to leave...
