Game won't launch with SA-MP

It has nothing to with my network or whats running b/c everything is practically closed.

I press connect and it acts like its loading up with the mouse but than nothing It works just running the gta_sa.exe or whatever it is but not when i launch from SA-MP I have no virus protection on and i need this fixed ASAP as I am running an event soon!

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL then press G if it says GTA_Sa.exe and ur not running it.. fress DEL then Enter

Then Try

if it doesnt worjk restart computer
