Cadets - a small lecture

i think all cadets need to go through a application process.

I think so too, because there's alot of abusing, and even some abusing not nuy attention because cadet's just didn't knew the ruls

For exp. yesterday i exedently rammed a cop while leaving prking at ner to LSPD, he suspected me and asked me to surrender.
But for ramming by exedent, and it's not like i was driving in crazy speed and got right into him and ran away, no, i just was leavong parking and exedently rammed him, He should give me a ticket on this and not suspect.
And of course if i wasn't paing the ticket he should suspect me.. but i asked him, "why you didn't gave me a ticket first" and he just didn't knew that it possible or it alowed.
I think they should have a small "theory" test before being a cadet.

im not gettign into the riot side of this or anything but the person he was refering to there was me and it did happen
