well there has been a few people asking why billy the bum has been seen in around los santos again when i declared him dead , and by few i mean 10 pms 15 calls and 30 people asking me
i had no clue billy was so famous , i got a chance to talk to him and i asked how hes back and he had this to say :
well ya see man i was like tryn to get a huuker but like der all dem expensive i was like voobo blisma u know mehn it was like woopde freakin do! but like yer man i had da achochol poisioning and i was like yer billy is ded but naw some dude like brought me to this hopsital place thingy and they like put medicines and stuff in me i wass like yo wow man! and then like he fed me and got me a job in san fierro as a business manager , yeah man i was like waking up everyday like working you know. that like sucks... so like i quit my job making 400k a month and like im back at my tree hosue in perishing square yeah man! anyways i gotta go beg for some change , running low on 40oz ,, see you later meh
