Yeah, I agree with Samaron, you should maybe join another gang or group as of now and see how they work, then you can build up experience in that gang or group until you are ready to create your own.

Snipers are supposed to be quiet and so that no person even knows they exist... This just blows your cover, If I get 1 bullet from nowhere I will take shelter and do /area on the [SNP] that are online, if any are in the area that I was shot, I'd hunt then down and find where they were.
