I think a mininum of 100 is needed, if they're to consider this is a reasonable proposal.

After messaging the MTA Development and Administrator teams, here's the first reply I've received back:

 :hurray: We got the 100. Well, at least we managed to convince them that MTA blue is important. The next step is to make sure they do make this project.

Or if otherwise, convince them to release the source, so one of us can finish it.
