 There are many car owners on the SAMP server that are banned or inactive and I ask to reset of the cars.

There was already a large shift around, I don't know how easy it is to gauge inactivity also.

Its much easier to do that in MTA:vC than SA:MP, SA:MP is bigger and using more cars would take long time to do i think.

Not active in-game anymore, checking forum from time to time.

well, the only way to do it is get a list of all the owned cars and check it with the player files and check when they were last modified aka last online, but that would take time as well.. i am sure something like this will happen for the 2.5 scripts
