Official warnings to several groups

1. First of all this is an official WARNING... Based on numerous complains from players on huge clan wars that turned Argonath server into teamed deathmatch... As GSF and Richman were banned they will have their own talk to admins... Other groups, who were involved in it - were warned by me...

2. Secondary... The talk is NOT about respawn-come-kill... That is the last action which shows that the server is DM gameplay... And That is WHY we do not allow clan/gang wars, as you have NO any brakes and each member respawns, coming back and shoots, which makes this wars "non-endless"...

3. Clan/gang wars are NOT allowed, unless its not official game position with admins watching it and getting rid of respawners... The same as no point of wars... As Argonath RPG has no territories ownerships - you have NO points for gang wars...

4. About cops respawn-come-kill - havn't heard more silly argumentation along with the accusations in cops advantages... Police officer, which got killed, has all rights to START HUNTING criminal again... That does NOT suppose all cops whom you killed should stop hunting you...

5. The warning still has power...

I am sick of Your innocent act, too. Actually You are the one who DMs and provokes. Why we don't have the warn, and you do? Because we do not DM. If we shoot, we only selfdef cuz ur attacks (Maybe not yours, but someone elses). And remember , this is just a game.

Freedom get stuffed, we know you respawn to get back into battles, also we have observed you logout when u die to save ur weapons. I know admins have warned u but u don't care, do you? I'm sorry but none of my Mafia members respawn to go and fight, we die, we leave. I could go on with alot of things which i have seen your members do but i'm not in the mood. (i don't feel like getting warned over "supposed" flaming like last time)

I realy cant careless about this warning because I know this is all bullsheit and there has not been spoken with any of the groups but if you think you should do things this way then you just do that Aragorn cant care less it not the first time you do this without speaking to us once so it seems you dont care about what realy happend but just want to be the right guy.

I would like to see more strict rules For gangs made up

what I mean by that is this it should be EXACTLY clear to police and gangs what they can and cant do and those rules should be posted on the forum as a reference for all

I have seen this happen a lot since I joined this server a year ago. Sometimes there are fights accusations are made, warnings issued and a few months/weeks later it starts all over again because nobody really knows when a fight is and isnt alowed ..I am specificly not calling it a war because there was no war. There were several incidents where we met amongst alied gangs , police showed up shots were exchanged ..these were isolated incidents. there was no planning or or intention behind it it just happened

So why not have a set of rules put together by the development team that will clear this issue once and for alll ..otherwise I am afraid in a few weeks we will be having the same discussion again, maybe the players involved will be different but unless the rules are in in writing and clear to all this problem will never be solved

Is this a warning to gangs for deathmatching each other i.e. gang wars? Or defending themselves when they're wanted?

If it's the first i've never seen any of the above gangs deathmatching each other and i have screenshots of pictures taken during friendly gang events we've recently had.

If its the second I dont see how criminals defending themselves against police action is against the rules. Is it better RP that we all just drive straight to the police station when we get wanted? That wouldn't be much fun to play.

I dont understand where these allegations stem from and if everyone involved was warned why is everyone involved confused and denying any such gang wars? Surely this proves that the complaints came from a third party that was not warned and therefore only one side has been warned right? :trust:

I definately agree with Iggy here though, how are we supposed to know what to do without a clear set of rules about gangs. Its obvious that there will be massive gang roleplay in GTA and yet half the time we get called DMers.

I think one of the main problems is at the moment the gangs are more organised than the police, when a gang members are suspected they stick with each other for protection yet the police try and attack in ones or twos and so usually loose, leading them to be annoyed and make accusations about suspects coming back after dying, assuming they've been killed by now. If the cops organised their efforts and came in one group the suspects would be killed easily or surrender and the police wouldnt complain...

 If a cop dies from a battle I don't think they should be allowed to come back.. if a mafia can't then a cop can't. Corleone has never been in a gang war. Cops need to learn RP and to have a character like all us Mafia members have.. if we die we can't come back, and WE never do! Only gangs like GSF and BFG did that and look what it got them. Cops come back and its impossible to win! More rules should be known about this.

 I have proof that Corleone, Solonik, Araatus, Chechen never dmed. I created videos of the events have happened a week ago.

The first involves Corleone Mafia wanting to kidnap a stracci, but the SAPD and FBI put the two stracci under protection. So Corleone Mafia calls allies to help kidnap so we can get information to expand our empires.


This one is where we have a meeting about the Stracci and other things, then FBI and SAPD and free cops come to where we are and start to harass us, and follow. Then we go to Araatus HQ and cops are there and then a big battle happens. Cops die and come back many many times so it was impossible to win, only when a server reset did the battle end.

 Well you don't understand them.. I removed because people outside the mafia groups won't and cannot understand them. We never Dmed about one in fact its always the police who fires first and returns from the gave. Corleone or any other mafia members NEVER return like these street gangs.

 First of all Hell, you cut your videos, so people can not see the 'non-DM' ... The Corleone family is one of the first and best RP groups and people like YOU are ruining it's reputation. About Solonik and Aaratus, I dunno, I know all the guys in the familys as great RPers, I dunno why is that, but I think that if Aragorn took this action, it is based on something.

 About Stracci - I was in Stracci mysels once .... Nitrox is provoking some stuff sometimes, but I dunno ...

 First of all I cut all the boring stuff out... and I only show what I could see at the time.. I cant be at all places Legend. Plus I been on Argonath longer then you have. I was here when Corleone was here, I joined Corleone last year.. I am not a new player, the movies do not show DM they show entertainment I have created.. the events happening are because of the SAPD interfering with Mafia and constantly following.

One of the main problems this is happening its because if one mafia members get suspected and cops come, more and more mafia members and allies keep coming and protect members that were suspected while they were not by killing cops on sight. In 3 minutes you have 20 people shooting at you in one place for one suspect... And after they die, they keep coming back to fight.  Thats why that battle's were not finishing, because mafia members that died were coming back. And that was pointless, as if one suspect in your mafia get wanted.. the whole alliance comes to the place and start shooting cops in sight when they were not wanted.

Sorry but you are making this up I think you ace confused because we did not come back to the shooting we whent away to get healed and then came back the people who died did not come back. I even said on TS tell you members that if they get killed not to come back because it unrp and they listened to that so please dont start making things up.

We also didnt call in any backup of friends or whatnot we where already together just having fun while the cops suspected and fired the first shot probebly a free cop but that doesnt matter. the fact is that that stuff wouldnt happen if you dont keep harrasing us
