The New Head DJ on Radio...

Well, it came time to check out the DJs work on Argonath RPG:

- Dave as inactive will be removed from the position of Head DJ;
- TrojanTM will take the Leader's position and will work together with GiacJr;

Both Leaders will cover different Time Zones and will continue organizing the radio work... Good Luck..

I was actually already working with Giac as sort of a co head DJ but I guess trojan will be a good repalcement for Dave, However I still will be working on the radio also
as I have alsready done

I would like for you to contact us before these descisions are made though ron because we were like said already working on it

Well Iggy, I asked Aragorn if it would be possible for you to become a head DJ along with me Giac and Dave but Dave is inactive like Aragorn said and Aragorn believes that you're also inactive. I am not sure if that is the case and if it is could it be because of your limited status ('sort of co head DJ'). I am not entirely sure but whatever will be produced in the future will be better than what is produced now.

And I do not make the list of Leaders in meaning do not make a big crew of Leaders of projects...
As for Trojan - that was my personal decision according to the work of Leaders and their activity... As well as the Leaders of Radio are not a voting option...
But even if we ll take to the note the voting - it was done already several months ago, and I think I should try as Radio Leader the guy who won award "The best DJ"...

That is true, Iggy, Trojan asked about you becoming a head DJ...
But as Radio project was always fucked up, I will not start to set the brigade of Leaders...
When I will see that Trojan runs it properly, understood the main idea of project - of cos we ll talk about Leaders team...

Right now we Started from Trojan... But it does not mean that is teh end...

Yeah, it means the beginning because now the radio can get moving. I will co-operate with Giac in terms of pushing the radio in that direction -> rather in this <-.

working on what ?who do you thinks has helped the latest shift of DJs gettting  started, organizing a discussion about the quality of radio and connections working on my own show , making ads and annoumncements in game etc etc dont you notice anything I do?

every time I try to do something extra for the server You hold me back its as if I am not alowed to do anytihing

I am not saying trojan is not the right guy for the job he will do excelent I am just saying I was already doing things for the radio and I would like to keep doing them this is not about being a leader this is about my passion for radio

this isnt the first time I ask to help more and am ignored its starting to make me feel bad ..I do these thing because I like to help and have fun doing so I also sacrifice a lot of my time for this server and have always done my best remarks like: Working on what ?really piss me off

and dont tell me I am not active you see me ingame

Yeah? You told me it right now? Or you think I have from "somewhere" the whole info about every activity on server?
Trojan contacts me if there problems or ideas... And when did you contact me? I also did not hear anything from GiacJr as well...

Look I am just a bit disapointed I really enjoyed working with the guys on this. I may have put it a bit harsh but I really think I Can do more then just be admin. and on several occasions (meetings on the website ) I also spoke up about it (with other projects like parauni etc)..I know its always way to bussy and I might have given up to soon between al the lol losters. I really dont want to make a big deal about it And like I said before I think trojan will do an Excellent job

Iggy you are always welcome to help, you can show new users how to DJ if you like, with things such as showing them how to set up the program and use it. Would that be the kind of help that you would like to do?

I set the Head DJ the guy whom I was talking and know what work he does... And I said - I am not against a Leaders Team... Just everything needs a time - especially me... If you ARE interested - contact me on MSN or at least leave there messages...

As for Paruni - there is a catastrophic situation when on two servers are constant players and NONE developer or admin...
And three servers are waiting for developing as well...

One of the servers is one that i am working on . Thats one of the reasons why i'm inactive
